Common Issues Addressed in Christian Counseling for Teens

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and sometimes teenagers suffer in silence, unsure what’s wrong or how to ask for help. An estimated 20% of teens struggle with a mental health issue. That may be anxiety, depression, ADHD, an eating disorder, or something else. Regardless of the specific issue, that’s one out of every five teenagers who would benefit from getting help for mental health through a treatment option such as Christian counseling for teens.
